I finally managed to get them working with some help from the C1 support team and have even posted a detailed instruction to others on how to get this stuff working. I managed to get them working with the Edit With and Open with menus maybe a month or so ago and have 'fiddled' with the BuiltInOpenWithPluginSettings.xml before.
